Through the Inward Strong program, you'll discover and learn techniques to process challenges more efficiently. By completing these two Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments every couple of weeks, or before you start each session, you'll be able to keep track of your mental state and evaluate the effectiveness of CBT techniques for you.

The PHQ-9 objectively measures initial symptoms, and monitors symptom changes over time. Please note that only a licensed health professional can make a diagnosis.
